Apply black liner on lash line as you would with normal black liner. For a layered look, apply a thicker line for magnetic clusters to adhere to. Let liner dry for 3-5 seconds before applying clusters.

Remove with alcohol and Q-Tip or waterproof makeup remover if you do not have existing lash extensions on your eyes.
